At SPARC Services and Programs, we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to live, work, and thrive in their home community.  SPARC provides person-centered supports that empower people to reach their fullest potential.  We do not offer a "one-size-fits-all" service, we partner with each person and family to build supports around their unique goals, strengths and dreams.

What we offer: 

Family Centered Treatment (for individuals 3-21 years old and their families)

Peer Support Services (for individuals 18 years old and up)

Community Support Team (for individuals 18 years old and up)
